Law Offices of Mark P. Albright

My law practice remains fully operational, though I limit in-person consultation these days to the greatest extent possible to ensure the mutual safety of our staff and our clients. I also use the U.S. mail, telephone- and video-conferencing, electronic mail, high-speed scanners and encrypted client portals to serve and protect my clients’ legal  and cybersecurity needs.

For clients who desire it, I am happy to schedule video conferences via Zoom, Skype or other popular platform of your choice to discuss matters within the scope of my practice, including estate planning, probate and administration of decedents' estates, as well as residential real estate matters.

When in-person meetings in my office are required to best serve a client's legal needs, such as to supervise the execution and notarization of estate planning documents, my staff employ safe distancing, face masks and limiting the duration of our contact to the extent reasonably possible. Ensuring the ongoing personal safety of our staff and clients is every bit as important to us as furnishing reliable professional assistance with your legal  matters.
