Mark Albright was born and raised in Reading, Pennsylvania, and graduated from Reading Senior High School. He received his bachelor's degree in Political Science, summa cum laude, from Albright College in 1979, with a concentration in pre-law, and went on to earn his law degree at the University of Maryland - Francis King Carey School of Law in Baltimore.
Mark has private practice experience in solo, small, medium and large-firm environments, as well as corporate and government positions, including as Executive Director of the Lehigh County, PA Office of Aging and Adult Services. A practicing attorney for over three decades and a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Inc., Mark enjoys a Martindale-Hubbell® Distinguished® peer review rating.

He is an active member of the Northampton County, Lehigh County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, and has served as a course planner and lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, chair of the Young Lawyers Section and Law Day Committee of the Berks County Bar Association, and chair of the Solo Practice Committee, and past co-chair of the Law Day Committee, of the Bar Association of Lehigh County.
Mark is a member of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce and currently serves on the Hellertown-Lower Saucon Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. He previously served as an alternate member of the Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Hellertown, where he resides and maintains his practice. Mark furnishes pro bono legal consultation and services on an ongoing basis to the Bradbury-Sullivan LGBT Community Center, as well as to New Temple Lodge No. 720, F.& A.M.
